What Rynalty Applied Systems is
Rynalty Applied Systems is the modernization contractor a company hires to build its own operating system.
In two to three years, the companies that win will be the ones whose operation runs on its own system. Every company already has a version of itself that works: the one that runs when the owner is on site. Crews placed right, records kept, judgment applied. That version is real. It just cannot scale past one person.
We build the operating system that carries the coordination, so people only carry judgment. We come from construction operations, not software. We design it around the operation, build it, connect it to the tools the company already uses, and put it into daily use with the team.
How a company gets one
They hire Rynalty Applied Systems. We observe the work, map one workflow, design the system, connect it, and put it into daily use. The finished system belongs to the company.
Companies that already did this
The same approach works at every size. What changes is how much coordination the system carries.
Owner operated
One person, every job
Mike runs Your Sprinkler Guy Boulder, a one person field service company in Boulder County. Requests, routes by neighborhood, customer notices, payments, and bookkeeper ready records all go through the system. Mike only updates which ones have been done.

Several teams, several projects
A company with multiple teams running multiple projects at once. The system carries the handoffs between field and office, so each project keeps one record no matter who is on it.
Enterprise
Knowledge that stays
A larger organization where the focus is capturing institutional knowledge and putting it into daily use, so the work runs the same way every time, on every crew.
